Which Phones Can I Use? (And Alarm Systems)
Click2Call works with IP desk phones, the Secure VoIP app on your mobile or computer, and ordinary analogue phones through an adaptor. Back-to-base alarm systems are the one thing we don't recommend connecting.

IP desk phones
Any standard SIP phone works. The portal sets up these brands for you automatically:
| Brand | Guide |
| Yealink | Adding a desk phone |
| Grandstream | Grandstream desk phones |
| Polycom | Polycom VVX phones |
| Fanvil | Fanvil phones |
| Panasonic | Panasonic SIP phones |
| Alcatel-Lucent | Alcatel-Lucent phones |
| FlyingVoice | FlyingVoice phones |
| Cisco SPA | Cisco SPA phones |
Your mobile or computer
The free Secure VoIP app turns your phone or PC into a business line. See Setting up the Secure VoIP app.
An existing analogue phone or fax
Ordinary phones plug into an analogue telephone adaptor (ATA), such as a Grandstream HT801 or HT802 or a Yeastar TA.
Alarm systems
We don't recommend running a monitored alarm over any internet phone service, including Click2Call. Alarm diallers send tones that internet calls can't always carry reliably. Ask your alarm company about an IP or 4G alarm communicator instead.
