Setting Up FlyingVoice Phones
Click2Call auto-provisions several FlyingVoice phones. Add the phone in the portal, enter a few provisioning settings on the phone, and it downloads your numbers and keys.
Last reviewed: October 2026
Step 1: add the phone in the portal
- Go to Voice → Phones and click Add a new phone.
- Choose FlyingVoice and your model as the Phone Type.
- Enter the MAC address from the back of the phone or the sticker on its box.
- Choose the numbers for each account and set up any line keys. See Programming phone keys.
- Save the phone.
Step 2: enter the provisioning settings on the phone
Log in to the phone's web interface as admin (default password admin). Open Administration → Provision and set:
| Setting | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Provision Enable | Enable |
| Option 66 | Disable |
| Option 67 | Disable |
| Config File Name | $(MA) |
| Profile Rule | https://flyingvoice.securevoip.nz/ |
| Enable Upgrade | Enable |
| Upgrade Rule | https://flyingvoice.securevoip.nz/ |
Click Save & Apply. If the phone doesn't pick up its settings, turn it off and on again.
Not provisioning?
Older firmware can't use the secure provisioning certificate. Update the phone to the latest firmware from flyingvoice.com first. Or set the Upgrade Rule to http://flyingvoice.securevoip.nz (without the s) to download our latest firmware, then change it back to https.
If your model isn't listed in the portal, contact support with the model number.
