Setting Up Yeastar TA Analogue Adaptors
The Yeastar TA100, TA200, TA400 and TA800 connect ordinary analogue phones to Click2Call. The portal builds the adaptor's settings for you, so you only enter the server address and a key.
Last reviewed: October 2026
Step 1: add the adaptor in the portal
- Go to Voice → Phones and click Add a new phone.
- Choose Yeastar and your model as the Phone Type.
- Enter the MAC address from the label on the back of the unit.
- Enter a description, an admin password for the adaptor, and whether you want call waiting.
- Choose the number for each phone port and save.
- Copy the AES Key shown on the page. You need it in step 4.
Step 2: reset and connect the adaptor
If the adaptor has been used before, log in and choose System → Reset and Reboot → Reset to Factory Defaults. Connect it to your network and power, and plug a phone into the phone port.
Step 3: find the adaptor's address
Pick up the phone and dial ***1. The adaptor reads out its IP address. Enter that address in a browser on the same network and log in as admin (default password password).
Step 4: enter the provisioning settings
Open the System page and scroll to Auto Provision Settings:
| Setting | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Provisioning Method | Server URL |
| Server URL | http://yeastar.securevoip.nz |
| AES Key | The key you copied from the portal |
Click Save, then Apply Settings, then restart the adaptor. It downloads its settings, updates its firmware if needed, and your numbers register. Make a test call each way.
