Plans, Numbers and Channels: What You Pay For
You pay for each phone number on its own plan, and extensions are free. Your account also has a number of channels: how many calls can be in progress at once. This guide explains each charge and how to change a number’s plan.

What each number costs
| Plan | Price | What it’s for |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud PBX User | $25 + GST a month ($27.50) | A full business line for making and receiving calls, with 300 outbound minutes a month included. |
| Inbound Business Number | $10 + GST a month ($11.00) | A number for receiving calls. It has no included minutes. |
| Microsoft Teams User | $25 + GST a month ($27.50) | A number used for calling inside Microsoft Teams. |
| Internal extension | Free | A short extension on your phone system, for a person, a voicemail box or a feature. |
When you add a number partway through a month, you first pay for the part of the month that is left. After that it is charged in full each month.
Included minutes belong to one number
The 300 minutes on a Cloud PBX User plan are used only by calls made from that number. Calls made from your other numbers or extensions are charged per minute, even though they are on the same account and the same bill. If your minutes seem unused, check which number the calls were made from.

Your account plan and bundles
Account → Plan → Account Plan shows the base plan for the whole account: its monthly charge and what it includes, such as channels. Account bundles are minute bundles that any number on the account can use. If bundles are available on your account, you will find them under Account → Plan → Account Bundles.
Channels
A channel is one call in progress. Your account includes 2 channels, and some numbers you add bring an extra one. If every channel is busy, the next caller goes to voicemail or hears a busy tone.
Extra channels are $3 + GST each. To add them, go to Account → Plan → Channels, choose the total you need, and review the price before you confirm.
