Parking, Picking Up and Transferring Calls
Click2Call lets your team park a call and pick it up on another phone, answer a colleague's ringing phone, and transfer callers with a few key presses. These features work between phones on the same account and in the same calling group.

Parking a call
Parking puts a caller on hold in a numbered slot so anyone in your group can pick them up from another phone.
Turn parking on
- Go to Voice → Line Manager and click any number in the group.
- From Other Settings, choose Call Parking.
- Tick Enable Call Parking. Every phone on the account in the same calling group can then park and retrieve calls.
- Choose the first parking slot number (for example 200), how many slots you want, and how long a call can stay parked.
- Under Parking Return Destination, choose whether an unanswered parked call goes back to the person who parked it or to another number. Save.
Park and retrieve
| To do this | Dial |
| Park the current call | Transfer the call to *07. You hear the slot number. |
| Park in a specific slot | Transfer to *07 plus the slot, e.g. *07205 |
| Pick up a parked call | *17, then the slot number when asked |
| Pick up from a specific slot | *1 plus the slot, e.g. *1205 |
If your phone has no transfer button, dial #0 during the call, then *07#.
Tip: park calls in a queue instead
Parked calls time out and can't be watched from a phone key. For a hold slot you can see, create a spare extension, turn on a call queue for it, and tick Support BLF monitoring and call pickup directly from the queue. Program a BLF key for that extension on each phone. Transfer callers to the key to hold them, and press the key on any phone to pick them up. See Setting up a call queue.
Picking up a colleague's ringing phone
| To do this | Dial |
| Answer the latest call ringing anywhere in your group | *88 |
| Answer a call ringing on a specific phone | *89, then the number or extension |
| Shortcut for a specific phone | *89 plus the extension, e.g. *8912 |
Pickup is on for every line by default.
Transferring a call
Most people transfer with their phone's own transfer button. You can also transfer from any phone by dialling during the call:
| Transfer type | Dial | What happens |
| Attended | #0 then the number | You speak to the other person first, and can take the call back if they don't answer |
| Blind | ## then the number | The call goes straight through without an introduction |
These keypad transfers work on incoming calls. To allow them on outgoing calls too, go to Other Settings → Inband Call Transfers. You can also turn them off there.
To send an unanswered blind transfer back to you, go to Outgoing Calls → Transfer Options and tick Recall enabled for blind transfers.
