Turning On Two-Factor Login
Two-factor login adds a one-time code to your portal sign-in. Even if someone learns your password, they can't get into your account without the code, which is emailed to you each time you log in.

Turn it on for everyone
- Log in to the portal and go to Account → Details.
- At the bottom, under Two Factor Authentication (2FA), choose Enabled for all users. Codes are sent by email.
- Optionally tick Remember trusted locations. You won't be asked again when you log in from the same internet connection. Leave it unticked for the highest security.
- Click Update Details and log out.
Next time anyone logs in, they're asked for a code sent to their email address.
Turn it on for the main login only
Choose Enabled for account login only instead. Only logins with the 8-digit account number need a code.
Turn it on for one person
- Go to Account → Logins and click the person's name.
- Under two-factor authentication, choose Email verification.
- Save.
Not getting the code?
Check your spam folder, and check the email address on your login is correct. See Adding portal logins.
