Open Logins
Go to Account → Logins. The table lists every existing login, its access level and whether two-factor authentication is on.
Add the new login
Under Add a New Login enter the person’s email address (this is also their username) and full name.
Choose an access level
Pick the level that fits: Administrator or Full Access for owners; Billing Access Only for a bookkeeper; Console Access Only or Console + SMS for a receptionist; Records + Reports Access Only for a manager; Read Only Access for anyone who should look but not change anything. There is also Full Access with no Call Costs or Minutes Displayed.
Set the password and security options
Enter a password of 8+ characters with upper and lower case letters and a number. Optionally enable Two-factor authentication (email verification), tick Remember trusted locations to only prompt once per office connection, and tick Prevent recording deletion if this person should never be able to delete call recordings. Click Add Login.
