How to Get an Email or SMS When You Miss a Call
Never lose a lead to a missed call. Missed Call Notifications send an email, an SMS, or both, every time an incoming call on a line is not answered, so you can call back straight away.

Setting Up Missed Call Alerts, Step by Step

Open the line
Go to Voice → Line Manager and click the number or extension you want alerts for.

Enable Missed Call Notifications
In the Incoming Calls dropdown choose Missed Call Notifications and tick Enable Missed Call Notifications for the Line. By default alerts go to the account holder’s email; add other recipients one per line if you like.

Add an SMS alert (optional)
Enter a mobile number in Send me an SMS when I have a missed call to also receive a text. Save, then test by letting a call ring out.
Good to know: Pair this with forwarding to your mobile or a ring group so fewer calls are missed in the first place. You can also see missed calls live on the Call Dashboard.
