Conference Rooms, Scheduled Meetings and Groups
Every account has a conference room in the portal’s Conferencing menu. People join by phone with a PIN or from a browser with a link, and you can schedule meetings that send invitations for you.

Your conference room
Go to Conferencing → Rooms. Your room shows:
- Moderator PIN and Guest PIN, each with a link you can copy.
- Audio Bridge Number to dial in: +64 9 242 0777. This is a New Zealand number, so from Australia it is an international call.
- Conference Access Link to join from a browser, with no call charges.
The included room is a Lite Conference: up to 5 people and no recordings. Click Upgrade for a larger room with recordings.
Schedule a meeting
- Go to Conferencing → Meetings and click Schedule a new meeting.
- Choose the room, add a description, the date and the start and end time.
- Choose the Invitation Link Type: a direct link (no PIN), or a link that asks for the PIN.
- Choose Meeting Access: guests can join at any time, only between the start and end, or from 5 minutes to 1 hour before.
- Choose whether to email participants and send a reminder (5 minutes to 1 hour before).
- Optionally set PINs for this meeting only; otherwise the room PINs are used.
- Add the email subject, the organiser (who gets moderator access and receives replies), and each participant with Guest or Moderator access. Save.
Groups for regular meetings
For a meeting that repeats with the same people, go to Conferencing → Groups and click Create a conference group. Name it, choose its room, and add each participant with their default access level.
Good to know: To turn one of your phone numbers into a conference line instead, see Conference Calls.
