Email Alerts from Your Calls (AI Alerts)
AI Alerts reads your call transcripts and emails you when something needs attention: words you choose, a promised call back, swearing, or a caller who sounds unhappy.
Last reviewed: October 2026
Before you start
Alerts work from transcripts, so call recording and transcription must be on. See Recording, Transcription and AI Analysis.
Set it up
- Go to AI → Alerts and tick Enable email alerts.
- Choose the recipients: Use account email addresses (this follows any later change to them), or Use custom recipients and add each address.
- Choose the triggers below.
- Click Save changes.
| Trigger | Sends an alert when |
|---|---|
| Keywords or phrases | Any of your words or phrases is said. Separate them with commas. |
| Follow-up actions | The AI hears an action agreed on a call, such as a promised call back. |
| Profanity detected | Swearing is detected. |
| Negative sentiment | Dissatisfaction or frustration is above the threshold you set, for example 30%. |
Good to know: Turning alerts off keeps your recipients and triggers, so you can turn them back on later.
