Setting Up Zoiper
Zoiper is a free SIP softphone for Windows, Mac, Linux, iPhone and Android. It works with Click2Call as a standard SIP app. Click2Call recommends its own Secure VoIP app, but Zoiper is a good alternative if you already use it.

What you need
From Voice → Line Manager, note the number (or the extension's Login) and its line password. See Setting up a softphone and fixing registration problems if you're not sure where these are.
Zoiper on a computer
Open Preferences → Accounts, add a SIP account and enter:
| Setting | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Domain | sip.click2call.com.au |
| Username | Your number as shown in Line Manager, e.g. 61370500989 |
| Password | The line password |
| Caller ID name | Your name or business name |
| Auth. username | Leave blank, or the same as the username |
| Outbound proxy | Leave blank |
Save. The account shows as registered within a few seconds.
Zoiper on iPhone or Android
- Install Zoiper from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open Settings → Accounts and tap Add account.
- Answer Yes to "Do you already have an account?", then choose Manual configuration and SIP.
- Set Account name to Click2Call, Host to sip.click2call.com.au, and enter your Username and Password.
- Under Network settings → Transport type, choose TLS.
- Go back. A green tick means the account is ready.
Not registering?
Check the username has no + or leading 0, and that you've used the line password, not your portal login. If TLS won't connect, try TCP. Then see Fixing one-way audio and dropped registrations.
