Watching Live Calls (Voice Console)

The Console in the portal shows the calls on your account while they are happening, like a dashboard. Use it to see who is on the phone right now.

Open the Console

  1. Log in to the portal and go to Voice → Console.
  2. Under Callback Number, choose your own number or extension.
  3. Live calls appear on the page while they are in progress. When nobody is on a call, the page shows only the Callback Number.
Good to know: For calls that have finished, use Account → Records, or see Reports and Records. For charts of call volume and length, see AI Call Reports.
